If you believe you were charged incorrectly (such as multiple charges for the same application), please contact us within 2 Business days of the transaction at support@myscholarmap.com. We will promptly review any claims of payment errors. Refunds for genuine duplicate charges may be issued after verification.
3. Service Delivery
Our service is considered fully delivered once your scholarship application has been submitted through our platform and forwarded for review to the appropriate selection committee or scholarship provider.
