Eligibility Criteria
To be considered, applicants must:
- Be aged 13–22 as of May 20, 2025
- Be a student or active youth leader from any country in the world

- Submit their application personally (no third-party nominations or entries)

- If selected as a semifinalist:
- Join a video interview
- Submit a letter of support from a non-family mentor, teacher, or project advisor
